For each row, the “DL COHORT” column indicates which of the three color cohorts is in distance learning that week. Where a color is not listed, the school is either on VACATION, or in 100% DL (distance learning), as indicated.

- Details are forthcoming on a possible on-campus onboarding program.
- Starting October 19, Kindergarten and 5th-grade students will return to campus for the blended academic model.
- Starting October 22, 1st- and 4th-grade students will return to campus for the blended academic model.
- Starting October 26, 2nd- and 3rd-grade students will return to campus for the blended academic model.
- Family-teacher conferences will begin on Friday, November 6.
- Family-teacher conferences will continue on Friday, November 13.
- On the weeks following major school breaks, all students will be in 100% distance learning to accommodate post-vacation testing.
- Students in the Teal cohort who will be off-campus the week of December 7 may opt out of school-wide testing this week in favor of testing during their distance learning week the following week.
- All faculty, staff, and students returning to campus after the Thanksgiving Break are required to take a COVID-19 PCR test on December 2, 3, or 4 and submit their results by 9:00 a.m. on Sunday, December 6. This assumes that any risky travel is completed no later than November 28. Risky travel is defined in the travel policy and includes travel by commercial air. Please review that policy for full details. The testing waiting period of 5 days after risky travel will be in effect for any vacation travel after November 28.
- Families with students in the Teal cohort who are in grades that are rotating off-campus (currently Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 4th grade) may, at their option, submit their test this week instead of testing during the previous week with the rest of the school. If they select this option, risky travel must be completed on or before December 1. Testing must be completed December 5–8 and reported by 9 a.m. on December 11.
- Students in the Green cohort who will be off-campus the week of January 11 may opt out of school-wide testing this week in favor of testing during their distance learning week the following week.

- Families with students in the Blue cohort who are in grades that are rotating off-campus (currently Kindergarten, 1st grade, and 4th grade) may, at their option, submit their test this week instead of testing during the previous week with the rest of the school. If they select this option, risky travel must be completed on or before February 23. Testing must be completed February 27 – March 2 and reported by 9 a.m. on March 4.
