Day in the Life - sample schedule

8:00–9:00 a.m.:

Drop Off and Morning Exploration

As campers arrive and greet one another they will have this time to choose pre-designated activities and start their day off with one another.

9:00–9:30 a.m.:

Morning Rally

Once campers have all arrived, we’ll begin one of the most energetic potions of the day. Campers will sing songs and play games to get their body moving and build excitement for the day ahead!

9:30–10:30 a.m.:

Camp Activity 1

Varying from day-to-day, campers be will lead in exciting activities that will include many different content areas.  Camp activities can be sequential and build upon previous activities and will be tailored to the interests of the group! Sample activities might include: friendship bracelets, engineering challenges, or guided nature explorations.

10:30–11:00 a.m.:

Snack

11:00 a.m.–
12:00 p.m.: 

Weekly Theme Exploration

Each week at camp will have a different theme and activities to go along! Campers might be working on teamwork and critical thinking skills with treasure hunts, engineer a spaceship from recycled materials, or work on sleight-of-hand and showmanship as they design their own magic show!

12:00–12:30 p.m.: 

Free Play

12:30–1:00 p.m.: 

Lunch

1:00–1:30 p.m.:

Independent Quiet Activity

After a morning full of activities, campers will have some quiet, independent time to read, draw, reflect, or use the time however they need to that day 

1:30–2:30 p.m.: 

Camp Activity 2

Each day our expert camp leaders will gauge the needs of the group and choose an activity to close the day successfully.

4:00–5:00 p.m.: 

Pick Up and Afternoon Exploration

As campers are picked up for the day, they will once again have a free choice to a number of activities to end the day with their friends.
