2nd Grade East

Good morning, I am in 2 East. Last Art class, we created shadow puppets. A shadow puppet is a cut-out that you use to make a shadow of anything you can imagine. I made a cat shadow puppet. Have an artful Friday!

2nd Grade West

Good morning, I am in 2 West. This week we celebrated Valentine’s Day with the whole class!  We tried to solve the mystery of the Valentine’s Day Villain. We had so much fun! Have villainy Friday!

3rd Grade East

Hello, I am in 3 East. Yesterday, we had slime party where we made slime with shampoo and cornstarch. We got to do this because it was our marble jar reward. The most fun part was mixing the ingredients together. It was really messy! After, we had a biiiiiig clean up, but it was worth it. Have a slime-filled Friday!

4th Grade East

Hi, I am in 4 East. Last Thursday, our class took a trip to the Oakland Museum of California. We split into different groups and saw cool pieces of artwork. Most of them were about the Gold Rush, because soon we will start our study of that period of California history. One thing I learned was that way more people moved to California in that time than I had previously thought. Thanks for listening, and I hope you have a great Friday!
