Spring Benefit 2022 Closing Header image

Dear PBS Community,

Last night’s beautiful Kaleidoscope Spring Benefit marked a return to the joyful community experiences that define our school. I really enjoyed spending time with you. As I said, “We are here to celebrate and we are here to donate.” Thank you for your generosity! We are close to our goal of raising $300,000 for financial aid so we can make the exceptional PBS education available to all mission-aligned students.

If you haven’t already, please make a contribution to Fund-a-Student or contact Olana Khan. I want to give you this post-event opportunity because you may have forgotten last night.

Thank you to everyone who made Kaleidoscope a success, particularly event volunteers led by our terrific co-chairs Maryam Neil, Kat Dykeman, and Ana Janof. Our program was homegrown with fabulous performances by Eva Kumar, Tamara Dunn, Melanie Jackson, and Ashtyn Avella. We all were pleased with the turnout, the number of new families attending, the full span of grades represented, and the strong support of our faculty and staff.

Thank you again for your generosity to PBS!

What is the
spring benefit?

The Spring Benefit is a themed, ticketed, fundraising and community-building event featuring entertainment, food, drinks, a silent auction, a wine auction and much more. Each year, the Benefit brings together PBS parents, faculty, and staff for joyful socializing and laughter. The Spring Benefit proceeds support our need-based financial aid program and each year we aim to raise as much as possible for this important program. Pandemic circumstances in the past two years required that we hold our event in a virtual format, and thanks to the generosity of our community, we exceeded our Benefit financial goals on both occasions. This year, we’ll dust off the dancing shoes and come together, safely outdoors at the pool deck, in person!
