Adding PBS Calendars to iOS Devices

1. Copy the desired calendar’s address from the list below.
2. Launch the Settings app on your iPhone or iPad.
3. Tap Passwords & Accounts.
4. Tap on Add Account.
5. Tap on Other.
6. Tap on Add Subscribed Calendar under the Calendars section.
7. Paste the copied calendar address in the Server section.
8. Enter a meaningful description so you remember what calendar this is later.
9. No need to enter a username, password, or SSL info. Tap Next.
10. Tap Save.

Adding PBS Calendars to Android Devices

Because Android devices are highly customizable, the instructions below are approximate.

1. This process is most easily done on a computer. Find one. :)
2. Copy the desired calendar's address from the list below.
3. Open the Google Calendars account that is used on the device.
4. On the left panel, click the + next to Other Calendars.
5. Select Add by URL.
6. Paste the copied calendar address and click Add Calendar.
7. The calendar should now appear in the Other Calendars section. Click the down-arrow icon to the right of the new calendar and select Calendar settings.
8. Give the calendar a more descriptive name than the URL and click Save.
9. Open the Calendar app on your Android device.
10. Click Calendars and select the calendar you just added and Done.

Adding PBS Calendars to MacOS Calendar.app

1. Copy the desired calendar’s address from the list below.
2. Launch Calendar.
3. Select File » New Calendar Subscription.
4. Paste the calendar address and click Subscribe.
5. Edit the calendar's name, if you wish, set a color, and adjust your other settings. Make sure you auto-refresh at least every day.
6. Click OK to finish.

Adding PBS Calendars to Microsoft Outlook (Windows)

1. Copy the desired calendar’s address from the list below.
2. Launch Outlook.
3. Click File » Account Settings » Account Settings.
4. On the Internet Calendars tab, click New.
5. Paste the address you copied in step 1 and click Add.
6. In the Folder Name box, type the name of the calendar as you want it to appear in Outlook, and then click OK.

Adding PBS Calendars to Microsoft Outlook (MacOS)

There is not currently a reliable method for calendar syncing via Microsoft Outlook for MacOS. We recommend using the native Calendar.app.
