Ms. Haley Nicholson
The one thing I'm most looking forward to about working at PBS is… getting to know the students and their families.
I chose to work at PBS because… of the sense of community.
One or two things you might not know about me are… that I love to go to the movies and hiking.
From the announcement of Haley Nicholson as 2nd-grade Associate Teacher, in July 2019:
Haley Nicholson joins the PBS community from Sonoma State University, where she received her bachelor’s degree in early childhood development. Haley’s journey into education started in high school, when she volunteered to teach in a special education classroom. From there, she realized her love for the classroom and began volunteering regularly at Vichy Elementary School in Napa, California. She plans to continue her development as an educator as a student in the Bay Area Teacher Training Institute credentialing program through the University of the Pacific this fall. In her free time, Haley enjoys getting outdoors for walks and hikes, spending time with friends and family, and learning new recipes in the kitchen.
