Complete an online inquiry through Ravenna® to create your Application Portal account.

From there, you can:

• Register for a Virtual Information Session and Campus Tour
• Complete and submit your application materials
• Track your application status

We encourage families to attend a Virtual Information Session before a Campus Tour. You'll have the opportunity to learn about PBS, ask questions, and become familiar with our community.

A complete application will include:

• Preliminary Application form and the $100 application fee (contact us if a fee waiver is needed)
• Parent/Guardian Statement
• Teacher Recommendation
• Complete Transcripts (as applicable)
• Report cards and Standardized Testing Results (as applicable)
• Financial Aid Application through Clarity (as applicable)

This is an opportunity for the Admission Team to get to know your family and for you to learn more about PBS and have your questions answered.

We strongly recommend that you submit your Preliminary Application and Parent/Guardian Statement and complete a Campus Tour before your scheduled visit.

Preschool, Pre-Kindergarten, and Kindergarten Applicants

The Preliminary Application must be completed online prior to signing up for the following:

• Sign up online for one of our playgroup sessions. The students will gather for a faculty-guided playgroup experience in the ELC or Kindergarten classroom. Playgroups are offered for sibling applicants in December (K and ELC) and for all other applicants in January.

1st- through 5th-Grade Applicants

The Preliminary Application must be completed online prior to your signing up for the following:

We recognize that cost is an important part of the decision-making process, and we are here to help. PBS offers partial Financial Aid awards, and we encourage families to explore this option as part of their application process.

If you are applying for Financial Aid:

• Complete the online Financial Aid application  through Clarity by January 22, 2027.
