Your Support at Work

Your generous gifts to the Annual Fund in 2010-2011 made an impact in every facet of our students’ educational experience. Thank you!

To enhance collaborative learning outcomes for our students, your gifts contributed to investments in emerging technology and classroom resources:
  • New iPads in Science allow students to readily access interactive research and tools; iPads in the Library develop early reading skills and build vocabulary
  • Upgraded campus-wide wireless infrastructure and added new wireless projectors in the classroom to allow greater accessibility and less downtime for teachers incorporating digital media into their everyday lessons

  • League fees for 3rd, 4th and 5th grade Basketball and Volleyball
Financial Assistance
A strong financial assistance program ensures that all PBS families are able to enjoy the benefits of our school community.  Every PBS family invests in their children’s education to the extent they are able and therefore contributes to the overall financial health of the school.  Scholarships range in size from 10%-90% with the average grant covering 60% of tuition and fees.  For the 2010-2011 school year, your gifts made possible:
  • $444,000 in scholarships to 10% of the PBS student body
