Chapel offers a special opportunity for our students, faculty and guests to
gather as a community to explore our growing spirituality and honor the
common threads in all religions. Though our school is rooted in its
Episcopalian founding, weekly chapel assemblies are ecumenical in nature; as
such, they focus on our connection to God and a sense of wonder and
gratitude for life itself. In addition, Chapel lessons explore and
interweave our PBS core values of courage, kindness, community, and love of
learning. Services include prayers, music and inspirational lessons on how
to live and take care of others--as individuals and as part of a greater
world. Faculty leads the majority of services, and children in Kindergarten
through Grade 5 attend chapel. Parents are welcome to attend at any time.
Chapel begins at 8:25 on Monday mornings.
