Financial Aid

While the cost of education rests with the parents to the extent that they are able to shoulder the responsibility, we believe in partnering with each family. Multiple perspectives in our community and classrooms enrich the educational experience of all our lifelong learners, and we are committed to making an education at PBS accessible to a broad community of families. To fulfill this commitment, the School maintains a financial aid program. We encourage qualified families to apply for financial aid for the 2016-2017 school year.

To apply for financial aid, click here to access the FAST website. If you have any questions, please contact Mr. Kim Normington, Director of Finance, at 650-854-4545 x117 or via email at knormington@phillipsbrooks.orgPlease complete the financial aid application by January 31, 2017 online and submit it to Financial Aid for Student Tuition (FAST) as directed in the online application. The online application is available HERE (click here).

All supplementary forms related to your financial aid application, including your 2016 tax returns, IRS Form 4506, and W2s are due by February 14, 2017, to FAST. You may mail the supplemental forms directly to FAST using the self-addressed envelope provided to you upon your initial request for financial aid materials when filling out the PBS admission application.

The FAST address is:
Independent School Management, Attn: FAST Processing
1316 North Union Street
WIlmington, DE 19806
Please do not send these forms to PBS.

If you have any questions at any time as you complete your online financial aid application, please call the FAST customer service center at 1-877-326-3278.

Financial aid is not guaranteed and families must reapply for aid each year. The School will continue to fund a family as long as all family members attending PBS remain in good standing. The family must complete the necessary paperwork according to the School’s schedule, and the family must continue to demonstrate need for aid. Financial aid documentation must be supplied in a timely manner because awards are made on a first-come first-served basis.

If you have questions about financial aid, please contact Mr. Kim Normington, Director of Finance, at 650-854-4545 x117 or via email at knormington@phillipsbrooks.org. If you have any questions about the admission process, please contact the Admission Office, at 650-854-4545 x137 or via email at admissions@phillipsbrooks.org.
