Wright joins the Phillips Brooks community after three years as Senior Associate Director of Advancement at the Washington International School in Washington, DC. During her time at Washington International School, Wright secured significant gains in new funding for endowment and current-use needs, as well as in ongoing capital pledge payments; developed and implemented a comprehensive fundraising plan with Director of Advancement, including capital, endowment, and annual gifts and special events; and established current and long-term goals for the department and directed their implementation. -

Alumni Holiday Party - This Friday!

Arrive at 3:00pm if you would like to attend the Holiday Program for Grades 3-5 in the Multi-Purpose Room. In keeping with PBS tradition, alumni are welcome back on stage for the last song of the program, "Peace, Peace."

MENLO PARK, Calif., November 30, 2010 – During the holiday season, it is important to reach out to those in the community who are less fortunate than others. Recognizing their role as global citizens are the students of The Phillips Brooks School, who work each year on service learning projects to help those in need. In the school’s annual weeklong holiday food drive, PBS students and members of the school community collected more than 2,700 pounds of food to donate to Second Harvest Food Bank. -
Admissions Open House - Tonight

The Phillips Brooks School is holding its Admissions Open House this Thursday, November 11, at 6:30pm. Prospective parents are invited to attend the event to learn more about the Phillips Brooks School student experience. This evening provides a wonderful opportunity to hear from the school’s grade level and specialist teachers, who are collaborating to present on the following topics: Literacy, Mathematics, Social Learning, The Arts, Integration of Science and Technology, How the Environment Supports Learning For Our Youngest Students.
